It is causing for very negative effects to economies around the world, as we have now just started to see a number of countries lowering the current restrictions they have in place. This is set to continue in the coming weeks, so let’s hope we can all return to normality soon enough.
Sport and racing have also been badly affected due to the virus, with endless events being cancelled or postponed. Racing is another to have been hit, which even saw the Grand national cancelled. This gave an indication of just how serious the situation is, and also meant that Tiger Roll could not challenge for his record breaking third victory in succession in the world famous race in the UK.

It is such an unprecedented year and all areas of the world are feeling the effects. We can only hope for improvements moving forward and that sport can return to our screens and we can see horses return to racing.
