Excitement continues to build around the world ahead of the Cheltenham festival. This has long been one of the biggest events in the racing calendar world-wide, as fans have been getting involved on the upcoming markets from around the world. WV online sports betting is an example of this, with fans accessing these listed sites in order to get involved on this upcoming event. This is expected to continue, with just a few weeks left, before the event in the early period of March. So, with this being the case, here we cover a number of horse’s worth looking out for, who are expected to take all the beating.
Where better to start than with the opening race of the festival as Appreciate It, starts as the strong favourite. He finished second in the Champion bumper last season but has returned in solid form this season. He will now be expected to continue his winning form and start off the festival as a winning one, again for the Mullins team.
Shishkin will then be expected to take all the beating in the Arkle chase on day one and will also be looking to again win at the festival, following his victory in the Supreme novices hurdle last season. He has been foot perfect over fences this season and could just be another future star of racing, so is going to take all the beating.
Monkfish is another strong favourite across the week and will be looking to win his second festival race, following his Albert Bartlett victory last season. He has also continued to improve this season and is now many people’s idea of the Gold Cup winner next season. He is expected to again be another winner for the Mullins team.
Kilcruit is yet another strong favourite for Mullins and produced one of the most incredible bumper performances that we have ever seen at the Dublin racing festival. He did it so easy and a similar performance will surely mean it is another victory in the bumper for his Irish trainer.
Envoi Allen heads in as the banker for most in the Marsh and will be looking to win at the festival for the third year in a row, following his Champion bumper and Ballymore victories. He is still unbeaten and will be expected to continue this at the upcoming festival.
