Grace Hall is listed at 20-1 for the Breeders' Cup Ladies' Classic
The Bill Mott trained Royal Delta is the 5-2 betting favorite in the 2012 Breeders Cup Ladies Classic Odds according to prices released by Bovada.
The filly is the defending champion in the race, and has won two of her five starts in 2012, coming out on top in the Fleur de Lis Handicap (G2) at Churchill Downs on June 16, and winning the Delaware Handicap (G2) on July 21.
In her most recent start she finished second to Love and Pride in the Personal Ensign (G1) at Saratoga on Aug. 26.
Her final prep for this year’s Ladies’ Classic is likely to come in the Beldame (G1) at Belmont Park on Sept. 29, a race that the connections of It’s Tricky is also looking at for a final prep.
It’s Tricky is the co-second choice in the future betting with Plum Pretty at betting odds of 9-2.
Trained by Kiaran McLaughlin, the filly won her first three starts in 2012, but came up short in a third place finish in the Personal Ensign. She was beaten 2 1/2 lengths when second to Royal Delta in last fall’s Ladies’ Classic.
The undefeated Awesome Feather is listed at 10-1. The filly came off a eight month layoff on Sept. 20, winning the Nasty Storm by 11 1/4 lengths, her tenth career win.
Questing (8-1) and My Miss Aurelia (15-1) can move up the list on Saturday as they will square off in the $1 million Cotillion (G1) at Parx Racing.
